FSHN Undergraduate Study Abroad

Study Abroad

Undergraduate students majoring in either Food Science or Nutritional Sciences are required to complete an Experiential Learning experience that can be fulfilled through completion of an internship, research under the supervision of an MSU faculty member, or participation in a study abroad program.

One such study abroad program offered by FSHN is Global Food Systems and Health (GFSH). This program is open to all 3 FSHN majors, as well as other majors with a food and/or health focus.

For a glimpse inside the study abroad experiences of some of our very own FSHN students, read their reflections below!
