Center for PFAS Research

Dr. Wang works as Statistician at Department of Medicine at MSU and statistical consultant for Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS) and Institute for Health Policy at MSU. She is interested in PFAS mixture analysis on health outcomes and causal effect of PFAS mixture using mendelian randomization methods. She has published several manuscripts with MDHHS on the PFAS chemical exposure on Thyroid function, Cholesterol levels and other adverse outcomes among adult Michigan residents with higher PFAS exposure due to water contamination. She is currently working on statistical methods to identify causal effect of PFAS chemicals on health outcomes.
