Leah Costlow is a food systems researcher working at the intersection of economics, food policy, human nutrition, and public health. Her research focuses on the cost, availability, and consumption of healthy diets around the world. She holds a PhD in Food and Nutrition Policy and Programs and an MS in Agriculture, Food and Environment from Tufts University, and a BA in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College.
