I am a master’s student in Applied Agricultural Economics, with a focus on consumer behavior and food systems. My current research examines consumer willingness to pay for lab-grown milk in comparison to dairy and plant-based alternatives. I have research experience spanning from the adoption of sustainable agriculture practices to analyzing feedback from food co-op customers. I’m particularly interested in how smaller producers can further adapt to emerging agricultural technologies and shifting consumer preferences.
