Biography:

Dayaram Pandey is originally from Nepal and is currently pursuing a MS in the Department of Fisheries and Wildlife. He also serves as a Park Ranger with the Department of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation, Government of Nepal. He holds both a BS and a MS in Forestry from the Institute of Forestry, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. For his master's research, he examined the temporal patterns and socioeconomic characteristics of wildlife crime offenders in the Annapurna Conservation Area, Nepal. His current research focuses on quantifying the sustainability and societal benefits of recreational hunting in Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve of Nepal.
