We are a team of biosystems engineers and data scientists developing AI-enabled solutions for sustainable food systems. Combining wet-lab experiments with computational modeling, our work includes rapid imaging-based pathogen detection under dynamic conditions, context-aware modeling of soil microbiome, and generative AI to simulate microbial stress responses.
