Join the Michigan Farm to ECE Network this August 11–14 for Plant, Grow, Share: A Farm to ECE Workshop Series. Four engaging virtual sessions will focus on bringing farm-to-ECE practices into your classroom. Learn practical ways to introduce children to gardening, nutrition, and local food systems—while earning a $100 stipend for your participation in at least 3 of the 4 sessions! Each session takes place from 10 am to 12 pm ET.
This second workshop in the four-part series will focus on incorporating gardens in early care and education settings. In this session, learn how to create hands-on garden experiences that inspire curiosity and connection to nature.
This series of virtual workshops will feature interactive sessions, peer-to-peer learning and mentorship, as well as exciting opportunities to connect with farmers and collaborate with early childhood providers across Michigan.
