DOWNLOADJuly 30, 2025 - Michigan State University Extension
The Michigan 4-H Annual Financial Summary Report (AFSR) provides a clear, auditable record of a 4-H group's financial activity for the program year. It tracks income, expenses, and inventory, helps determine sales tax obligations, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations. The report promotes transparency and accountability within 4-H and to the public.
This digital form is intended for 4-H groups that did not handle any cash or maintain any financial accounts during the program year. It provides a simple way to meet annual reporting requirements for groups with no financial activity.
Please note: A desktop or laptop computer is required to complete this form, as it is not compatible with mobile devices or tablets.
ASFR Due Dates: Submit to your county 4-H program coordinator between September 1 and October 1 each year.
