Instructions on how to search the global address book in Outlook for Mac.

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Select Address Book.
    ''

  3. Select MSU Office 365 Directory from the search in drop-down menu.
    ''

  4. Enter the Name of the User in the search box.
  5. Select the User from the list.
  6. Select To, Cc, or Bcc.
    ''

  7. Compose and Send your Email.
