We're a premier landscaping and design firm specializing in high-end residential, commercial
and civic projects. We’re looking for a creative and driven Senior Project Manager to lead
complex landscape projects from concept through completion—with a hands-on role in design
ideation, client engagement, and sales development.
What You’ll Do
● Oversee end-to-end project management: design development, estimating, scheduling,
and execution
● Collaborate with clients and design team to conceptualize and refine landscape plans
● Support sales efforts by attending client meetings, preparing proposals, and presenting
design concepts
● Manage project budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and crews
● Ensure design intent is executed accurately and meets high-quality standards
● Maintain strong communication with clients throughout all project phases
● Guide project transition from installation to ongoing maintenance
● Mentor junior team members and assist in team training and development
What We’re Looking For
● 5+ years of experience in landscape design, construction, or project management
● Proven ability to lead high-end residential or commercial landscape projects
● Strong design sensibility with experience contributing to design development
● Excellent communication, client service, and leadership skills
● Proficiency with landscape plans, construction drawings, and budgeting
● Experience with estimating and sales presentations preferred
● Degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Horticulture, or related
field strongly preferred
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CAD, SketchUp, or project management
software a plus
● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
● Spanish language proficiency a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management,
Horticulture, or related field.
